Barbara became associated with the firm in August 1995. Her focus is primarily estate planning and business law including tax issues. She also conducts an active probate and trust administration practice. She is on the Board of Directors for the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council and on the Executive Committee of the Taxation Section of the Oregon State Bar.
Barbara attended Washington University School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of her class in 1994. While in law school, Barbara was an articles editor for the law review. After graduation she served one year as a judicial clerk at the Missouri Court of Appeals.
Barbara is president of the Exchange Club of Salem, a national service club and a Den Leader in Cub Scout Pack 150. She is also on the board of the Salem Chamber Orchestra. While not at work, you will most likely find Barbara enjoying Oregon’s beautiful scenery while camping, canoeing and hiking with her husband and son.
