About Me

David joined the firm in 2015 after clerking at the Lane County Circuit Court for Judge Lauren S. Holland and Presiding Judge Karsten H. Rassmussen. He practices in the areas of Business Litigation, Business Formation, Contract, and Real Estate Law.

David grew up in Boardman, Oregon. As a double duck, David received his bachelor of science in political science and psychology from the University of Oregon in 2012. He then went on to earn his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2014 graduating in the top third of his class. While in law school, David earned his pro bono certificate for working over 200 hours at a free legal clinic for veterans. Additionally, he interned at the Port of Portland.

David occupies most of his free time engaging in his many hobbies. As a passionate fan of both college and professional football, he routinely finds himself in discussions about his favorite teams. David is also an avid reader who enjoys both fiction and non-fiction alike. When he is not engaged in a sporting activity or a book, you will probably find David exploring the countryside on a long hike, attending local trivia nights, brewing beer, or playing card and board games with friends and family.
