Clark B. Williams
Clark has been with the firm since 1980 and practices exclusively in the areas of business, tax, estate planning and real estate with a particular emphasis on qualified pension and profit sharing plans and other employee benefits. He is a member of the Tax Section of the Oregon State Bar and the Western Pension and Benefits Conference. Clark is a past president of the Willamette Valley Estate Planning Council. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers in America, a national publication.
Clark grew up in northern California. He came to the Northwest to attend the University of Washington and graduated with a B.S. in 1976. He clerked for this firm while he attended Willamette University College of Law and he graduated tenth in his class in 1979.
Clark served one year in Portland as a law clerk for U.S. District Judge Robert C. Belloni before returning to the firm as an associate. He became a partner in 1984.
Clark and his wife, Julie, have four children. Clark serves as committee chair for Keizer Young Life and is a member of Keizer Rotary. Clark is a former chairman of the Keizer Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Clark and Julie are members of New Harvest Church.
