Clark B. Williams
Clark has been with the firm since 1980 and practices
exclusively in the business, tax, estate planning and real estate
areas with a particular emphasis on qualified pension and profit
sharing plans and other employee benefits. He is a member of the
Tax Section of the Oregon State Bar and the Western Pension and
Benefits Conference. He is also listed in The Best Lawyers
in America, a national publication.
Clark grew up in northern California. He came
to the Northwest to attend the University of Washington and graduated
with a B.S. in 1976. He clerked for this firm while attending
Willamette University College of Law and graduating tenth in his
class in 1979.
Clark and his wife, Julie, have four children.
Clark coaches in the Keizer Little League, and serves on the Keizer
Parks Advisory Board and the Keizer Young Life Committee. Clark
and Julie attend DaySpring Fellowship in Keizer.
